Chocolate Chunk Scones
2 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 cup +2 tbsp. coconut flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 free range egg
1/2 cup grade B maple syrup
10 tbsp. melted coconut oil/raw butter from a pasture fed/raised cow
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 organic dark chocolate bars broken into pieces
Whisk together egg, maple syrup, salt, melted oil/butter and vanilla extract.
Combine flours and baking soda together in large bowl.
Stir in wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chunks.
Form into cookies (make sure they are flattened enough) and place on cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes
