Meat
1 lb. grass/green-finished beef
1 tbsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 smoked paprika
1/2 cup organic tamari/coconut aminos
Cook meat with spices and coconut aminos sauce.
Other toppings
organic romaine
avocado/homemade guacamole
tomatoes/homemade salsa
strained yogurt (I use amasai which is a raw cultured dairy) or your could use organic sour cream too
Shredded raw cheddar curds
