Mini Quiche

Crust
1 cup almond flour
1 egg
1 tsp. pink salt

Mix all ingredients together.
Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Place balls of dough into each cup.
Form to the cup of muffin tin.
Bake at 350 for 5 minutes.
Pour egg mixture into each cup.

Egg
4 eggs
1/4 cup plain amasai
1 tsp. salt
4 asparagus chopped
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
