This recipe is a great way to boost your brain health, but also great for overall health!
For example it has a lot of healthy fats which can aid in weight lose, it is also good for children with autism, ADD and ADHD, as healthy fats are critical for children's brain development. It can also help with arthritis and reducing inflammation as it is high in omega 3's.
Here is the recipe!
8 oz. of plain amasai
3 free range eggs
2 tbsp. terrain (ginger goes well with this particular recipe, but any of them will do)
1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
5 drops of organic stevia extract (optional for those who need it sweetened)
Blend together in a vita mix or blender.
This recipe is a meal replacement, I don't typically recommend it right before bed.
Most people like the thought of eating healthy, what they don't like is giving up the food they love.

Brain Boosting, Blues Busting Burger
When it comes to beef, people are afraid of it for several reasons.
- Marketing has told us beef is bad
- Doctors say beef is bad (will give you heart disease and make you gain weight)
- "Studies" have shown beef to be bad
Well I'm here to say, I disagree and agree all at the same time.
First of all when it comes to any animal foods you are NOT what you eat, you are what THEY ATE. So if you are eating conventionally raised, grain finished beef I would say, STOP EATING IT.
Meat is either concentrated TOXINS or concentrated NUTRIENTS. So in my opinion and the opinion of many other health experts (Dr. Joseph Mercola, Jordan Rubin, Dr. Josh Axe, Dr. David Jockers), meat and especially beef can be an amazing super food.
DID YOU KNOW?
Beef is actually HEALTHIER then chicken? Yes, that's right, green-finished beef is healthier then chicken.
Green-finished beef has nutrients such as, CLA (number one fat burning supplement on the market today and it also fights cancer), HIGH in omega 3s (which are anti inflammatory, high in iron, high in zinc (great for boosting your mood and critical for absorbing your vitamins and nutrients, high in B vitamins (which are great for metabolism and mood) and high in protein.
Brain Boosting, Blues Busting Burger
2 pounds of green-finished beef
2 free range eggs
1/2 cup sprouted 7 seed blend
1 tbsp. thyme, oregano and basil
2 garlic cloves minced
8 green onions chopped finely
1 tsp. real salt
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into patties and cook in coconut oil.
Slimming Super Salad
When it comes to getting our servings of veggies, we as Americans do a pour job at that. We might get have a handful of baby carrots or have a few cucumbers drenched in a toxic dressing (like ranch or Italian).
It is important to get enough vegetables into our diet. When you replace your harmful carbohydrates like cookies, chips, crackers bread (yes even whole wheat bread) with vegetables you are not only going to consume less, but also get more nutrients and more ENERGY.
Though I do not think it is bad to lightly steam or even saute some veggies once in a while I really love to consume 80% of all of my vegetables raw. Why?? When you cook or heat something over 116 degrees you begin to kill off all of the enzymes and many of the nutrients. I think a big contributor to our disease today is lack of nutrition and enzymes.
Try eating at least one meal with raw veggies a day and see if you don't feel more energy.
Slimming Super Salad
2 cups of organic sprouts (clover, broccoli or alfalfa)
2 heads of organic butter leaf lettuce
4 cups of organic baby kale
2 cups of organic spinach
2 cups of organic cucumber, (seeded and chopped is my favorite)
1 red onion chopped (chop it right before you put it on your salad because onion will absorb toxins in our air)
2 cups of shredded really raw harvarti cheese
1 cup sprouted 7 seed blend
probiotic ranch dressing
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Serve chilled with a shot of ginger terrain
Probiotic Ranch Dressing
8 oz. plain amasai
1 cup coconut oil mayo (or just make your own raw coconut oil mayo like I do)
1 tbsp.organic basil
1 tsp. organic dill weed
3 garlic cloves minced
Whisk together all ingredients.

Super Salmon Brain Burger
When consuming animal foods (such as, meats, dairy, fish and eggs). It is extremely important that you know where that food comes from and how it was raised.
When it comes to animal foods you are no longer what you eat, you're what they ate.
Animal protein is the BEST SOURCE protein and nutrients on the planet. It provides the body with essential amino acids that our bodies cannot make themselves and is the building block for hormones.
Animal foods can either be the best food on earth or the worst foods on earth it just depends on where you get it and how it was raised.
When looking for beef or lamb look for 100% GREEN-FINISHED
When looking for poultry or eggs look for, free range organic (best is when you go to your farmer and inspect yourself.)
When looking for dairy, look for 100% GREEN-FED and RAW (unfortunately the FDA will not allow us to sell raw dairy products at store, even whole foods, but I have found a great source that ships right to your door and is easily digestible for those even with dairy allergies).
When looking for fish look for, Wild Caught Alaskan

What is Terrain???
Remember when Louis Pasteur came up with the hypothesis that the germ was the cause of ALL disease? Yes the man who came up the pasteurization method! Well unfortunately that hypothesis has failed us miserably.
You may have noticed that in the past one hundred years we have become SICKER, FATTER and have the MOST CANCER, DIABETES and HEART DISEASE!
So just using our own common sense, pasteurization doesn't seem like its helped us fighting disease, it actually seems like it's made it worse!
Besides just pasteurization we have also started using germ killers such as, antibiotics, hand sanitizing agents, harmful soap and body care products.......... etc.
The down fall to using all of these medicines and various cleansing agents is that they not only kill the bad but also the good. When you take away the good bacteria you are taking away the only defense your body has to fight the outside harmful microorganisms. Because there is more bad bacteria in our environment we are now more easily susceptible to the bad germs taking over.
If germs don't cause disease, what does?
What modern science is starting to unveil to us is the fact that germs are NOT the cause of all disease and problems, it is Terrain in our digestive system that is susceptible to the disease.
If you don't take care of your terrain, gut and immune system than your risk of getting sick rises because germs are then able to easily penetrate and take over your gut flora (the good germs called probiotics).
What is so important about Probiotics?
Probiotics are the good bacteria found in our gut that keeps the bad bacteria/germs away! They are like the policemen and the bad bacteria are like the criminals. When you have more policemen than criminals the chance of the criminals doing anything harmful decreases. When you have more criminals that policemen the criminals will start to take over!
I remember it this way, "When the police are away, the criminals play and then you pay."
If we keep our terrain healthy with live probiotic organisms and live active enzymes our bodies will have the material it needs to fight disease.
There is probably more harmful germs in a public bathroom than there are on a small farm.We cannot change the fact that we will always be battling germs and harmful microorganisms as long as we live! But what we can and should do is build our bodies up so that we can fight those germs.
How should I get my Probiotics?
When we are talking about replenishing your gut flora two things are very important!
1. You need to get your probiotics from a food source or a living supplement.
2. You need to consume probiotics EVERYDAY!!!!
Most probiotic supplements are not living and do not have more than 5 strains! Which means your body cannot use any of the nutrients.
Our bodies need a probiotic boost everyday because we are around things that will kill off these friendly microorganisms like, tap water, caffeine, refined starchy foods, sugars........ and many other things!
The BEST sources I have found for probiotics are listed below in order.
