1 cup coconut milk
1 cup plain amasai
3 avocados
1 cup of wild blueberries
4 tbsp. sprouted 7 seed blend
1/2 tsp. real salt
1 tbsp. of vanilla
1 tbsp. peppermint terrain
5 drops of organic stevia (only if needed)
Blend all ingredients together in a vita mix or blender.
Refrigerate for 12 hours.
Your pudding is ready!
