SAUCE
1 cup suero gold (cultured whey)
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. pink salt
1 cup soaked raw sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)
1 cup raw soaked cashews (soaked overnight)
1 cup young coconut meat
black pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Diced bell pepper
Fresh peas
Spiraled zucchini
Fresh basil
