Post Workout Coconut Boost

From the Kitchen of: Kelcie Yeo

1 cup organic virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup raw chia seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. raw honey (I do without honey but you can add it if you like)

Mix all ingredients together.
Spoon into candy molds and freeze for an hour.
