3 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 heaping tbsp. organic ginger root powder
1 tsp. organic ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
8 pitted dates
2/3 cup yacon syrup
2/3 cup melted grass-fed butter/ghee
pinch of real salt
In blender, blend together melted butter, yacon syrup, dates and salt.
Pour into a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir together.
Form into cookies on a greases cookie tin and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
