Broccoli and Cheese Eggs

Broccoli and Cheese Eggs

2 free range eggs
2 ounces really raw cheese
2/3 cup organic chopped broccoli
sea salt and pepper to taste
ghee/butter/coconut oil for the pan

Whisk eggs together. Melt ghee in a skillet and add eggs. Let it cook for 5 minutes or so. Add cheese and broccoli, cheese, salt and pepper. Let it cook until done.


Cheesy Omelette

HEALTHY Cheesy Omelette

2 large free range eggs
2 ounces of Really Raw Cheddar Chesse
Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Ghee/butter/coconut oil for the pan

Whisk eggs in a bowl. Melt ghee over medium heat in a skillet. Add eggs and let it cook for 5 minutes. Shred cheese and add that to the eggs with salt and pepper. Once eggs are ready to flip, which probably will be 3-5 more minutes after adding cheese, flip and turn off stove leaving eggs in the pan for another minute or so.

Grain Free, Jelly Donut Muffins

Jelly Donut Muffins

1 cup blanched almond flour
2 free range eggs
1/4-1/3 cup honey (depending on how sweet you want it)
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup 100% fruit raspberry jam

In medium bowl whisk eggs and agave together until mixed. 
Add flour and baking soda.
Use a mini muffin pan and scoop one tbsp. of batter into each "mold" until you've used half the batter.
Dollop raspberry jam into the middle of each "mold".
Top with the rest of the batter. 
Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes!

Stuffed Peppers

Grain Free Stuffed Peppers

3 medium red/green peppers
1 lb. grass-fed ground beef (precooked)
3/4 cup raw cheddar cheese
1/2 cup organic tomato paste
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
salt and pepper
ghee (to grease the pan)

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease cookie sheet with coconut oil or ghee (both are good for high heat).
Cut tops off the peppers, place both the tops and the rest of the pepper upside down on the greased cookie sheet (opposite of the picture) .
Cook them in the oven for 10-15 minutes until they are softish.
Take out and let it cool.
Turn heat down to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl combine beef, tomato paste, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper together.
Stuff the peppers, then put the top of the peppers on them (like a little hat).
Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Grape Soda

This is just fabulous! :)

1 bottle of naturally sparkling water
1/2-1 tsp. grape stevia

Pour bottle into a glass and add stevia.

The water we use (see photo bellow) is from a spring in germany that has naturally sparkling water. The stevia (sweet leaf) ONLY has essential oils that make the grape flavored (we called several times to make sure).


Chcolate Kisses

Orange Chocolate kisses

1 bar of organic 100% cocoa, melted in a double boiler
1/2 cup raw coconut butter, (soft, almost melted)
1/4 cup raw agave
5-8 drops liquid stevia
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1-2 drops orange essential oil

Take the melted cocoa, pour into a bowl, stir until thick.
Add in remaining ingredients and combine well.
Form into kisses. 

Mint Chocolate Kisses

Same recipe minus the orange, peppermint essential oil instead.


Tropical Chocolate Chip Cookies

Grain free, sugar free, dairy free, healthy cookies!

Tropical Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted over low heat
1/2 coconut nectar or grade B maple syrup
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy free, over 75%)
1 small banana, mashed
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds

Pre heat oven 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix wet ingredients into dry. Fold in chocolate chips, banana and coconut shreds.
Spoon out dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 7-10 minutes

Spinach Sausage Stir Fry

Dad's favorite!

2 organic turkey sausages
2 cup organic spinach
1 cup chopped organic asparagus 
1/4 cup organic GRASS-FED butter
1/2 plain Amasai
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Place butter a frying pan. Add sausage, spinach and asparagus. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Add yogurt, salt and pepper. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve with organic feta cheese (optional).

This recipe might seem VERY unhealthy, but if you buy organic grass-fed dairy products it can be one of the healthiest recipes for you.

Blueberry Green Smoothie

Parker's FAVORITE breakfast.

This has, CLA (number one fat burner), omega 3's, probiotics, flavonoids (which is an antioxidant found in blueberries), vitamin C and vitamin K.

1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 milk and honey amasai
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup raw agave
1 bunch of kale

Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

Berry Green Smoothie

This is Kayla's favorite! :)

It has CLA (number one fat burner), omega 3's, probiotics, prebiotics (helps probiotics absorb), vitamin K, and vitamin C.

1/2 cup milk and honey amasai
1/4 cup water (or coconut water)
1/2 cup organic strawberries
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 banana
1 bunch of kale
1/4 cup raw agave

Mix all ingredients in blender until combined well (you might have to add more water to help it blend).

Healthy Movie Snack

I eat grain free and corn free and yah know EVERYTHING free, so I don't eat popcorn, but my brother just couldn't give it up! So I make him organic home made popcorn that is actually good for him!

Popcorn
1 tbsp. ghee
1 tbsp. organic popcorn oil (it contains organic coconut oil and organic palm oil, thats it!)
1/3 cup organic popcorn kernels

Place ingredients in a popcorn maker
Sprinkle with healthy popcorn seasoning (it contains nutritional yeast, garlic powder and onion powder) and sea salt.



Junior Mints

Chocolate
1 large dark chocolate bar (at least 72% dark)
1 tbsp. coconut oil
sprinkle of sea salt

Melt chocolate and sea salt over stove in a double boiler.
Once melted spoon into candy mold.
Place in freezer for 1 hour.


Peppermint topping
3/4 cup softened coconut oil
10 drops organic stevia extract
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
2 drops peppermint essential oil (only young living brand)

Combine all ingredients together.
Spoon into candy molds about have way full.
Freeze for 1 hour





Stir Fry

Stir Fy


1 1/2 cups organic carrots, chopped
1 1/2 cups organic zucchini, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 cups organic broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup organic green onions, chopped
1 glove or garlic, minced
6 organic eggs
3 cups precooked quinoa/brown rice (optional)
1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. coconut oil


Place oil in pan on medium heat and let it melt.
Put put everything except eggs into the pan and cover. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add in eggs and let it cook for 10 more minutes. 



Healthy Grilled Cheese

I made this for my brother and he loved it!

Healthy Grilled Cheese

2 slices of organic sprouted bread (if you are going to do grain do sprouted) or grain free sandwich bread
2 tbsp. ghee
2/3 cup shredded really raw cheese

Place ghee in a frying pan at medium heat.
Place the bread on the pan for 5 minutes flipping on both sides.
Add the cheese and put the second slice on top of the cheese.
Cover and allow to cook at low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve with apples.


Peppermint Bark

I made this up last night for my mom who LOVES peppermint.

1/2 cup softened coconut butter
1/2 cup softened coconut oil
1 tbsp. coconut milk
1/4-1/2 cup powdered xylitol (powder it in a coffee bean grinder)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 drops peppermint essential oil (young living brand only)
1/4 cup crushed all natural candy cane

Combine all ingredients together.
Spread out in a glass container and place in freezer.
Let it sit for an hour, then break into pieces.

Pecan Brittle

My Dad's favorite! :)

Pecan Brittle

2 cups raw pecans
1 organic egg white
1/4 cup agave/maple syrup
1/2 tsp. sea salt

In a large mixing bowl combine, egg white, maple syrup/agave and sea salt until well mixed.
Add in the pecans and coat well by stirring with a big spoon.
Put in the oven at 300 for 25-30 minutes

Maple "Sugar" Cookies

These are grain free, and amazing! :)

Frosting/Glaze

1 1/2 cup powdered xylitol (powder it in a coffee bean grinder)
little less then 1/4 cup ghee/coconut oil (not melted just soft)
1/4 cup organic grade B maple syrup (grade B is less processed and is lower glycemic)

Combine all ingredients in an electric beater and blend until smooth.

Cinnamon Sugar Cookie recipe for the cookies, only don't use the cinnamon and xylitol to coat it!

Grain Free Chicken Vegetable Soup

It is a wonderful winter soup that is grain free, and full of healthy vitamins from all the veggies.

Chicken Vegetable Soup

1 Jar homemade bone broth or 16 oz. organic chicken broth (make sure it's gluten free)
1 organic precooked chicken breast, chopped
1 cup chopped organic carrots
1 cup chopped organic celery
2 medium organic zucchinis peeled with a potato peeler
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup organic green onions
1 tsp. organic oregano
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. sea salt

Place oil in a pot and turn on medium to low heat until the oil is melted.
Add the garlic, onions, oregano, sea salt, celery and carrots and let it cook covered for 5-7 minutes.
Add in broth and chicken, let it cook for 20 minutes.
Add in zucchini and cover for 2 minutes and turn off stove.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes and serve.
