Mashed NO-Tatoes

3 heads steamed cauliflower
1 bottle strained amasai (or raw kefir)
1/2 cup raw organic butter
1 tsp. dill (optional)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
sprinkle of salt to taste

In food processor combine all ingredients together.
Blend until smooth and fluffy.
