Maple Sausage

Maple Breakfast Sausage

1 lb. Beyond Organic green-fed ground beef
2 tbsp. coconut aminos
1/2 cup grade B maple syrup
2 tbsp. organic grass-fed butter/ghee/coconut oil

In large bowl mix all ingredients together.
In a large frying pan place butter and turn on at a low heat.
Form meat into sausage links and place in the pan.
Cook with lid on for 15-20 minutes or until cooked!

Serve with grain free pancakes and berries! Or poached eggs and oranges!
