Eggs and Tomatoes

My aunts favorite eggs! I made up this recipe while visiting my aunt the past summer up in north west Idaho! It might sound funny some of the ingredients that I put in here but boy it does taste good! :)

Idaho Scrambled Eggs

3 organic farm fresh eggs
3 tbsp. organic full fat yogurt/greek yogurt
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. coconut oil

Crack eggs into a bowl and begin to whisk. Add in the yogurt and whisk until smooth and creamy. Add in the spices and whisk until everything is combined! In a medium frying pan put the coconut oil in and turn it on to a medium heat. When oil is all melted add in the eggs and cook like you would scrambled eggs.
