I made up this recipe last week when I was in the mood for ice cream. I am not someone who really likes sweets but when it comes to ice cream and milk shakes, uhh let me have it! So I decided to just try this and see if this turned out and it did! I loved it! So here you go, healthy raw vanilla ice cream, strait from the kitchen of Kelcie.
1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat unsweetened)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp liquid stevia, or 1 tbsp. RAW honey
1 cup crushed ice
Blend in powerful blender or vita mix. Serve right away.
