Grainless Quiche

I made up this recipe one morning, for my mom who was eating grainless. It's pretty yummy! Try it!


Quiche (the healthy kind)
Crust
1 cup almond flour
2 organic egg
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Filling 
3 Organic eggs
Tbsp. Amasai or coconut milk
4-5 Asparagus chopped
1 tomato chopped
Sprinkle of nutmeg
Combine almond flour, organic eggs, coconut oil and sea salt in blender. Blend until combined. Place the crust in cupcake/muffin pan (grease the pan with coconut oil).
Whisk eggs, amasai, asparagus, tomato and nutmeg in bowl. Pour egg mixture in crust and bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes (make sure to check on it a few times.
