Vanilla Cupcakes

6 free range eggs
1 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp. organic vanilla
2 tbsp. organic honey
10 drops of organic stevia extract
1/2 cup plain amasai
1 tsp. baking powder (non GMO, aluminum free)
1 tsp. real salt

Whisk eggs, honey, stevai, amasai and vanilla together.
Add in flours, baking powder and real salt.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Spoon into muffin tin and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Let them cool and top with raw chocolate frosting.

Raw Chocolate Frosting

2 avocados
1 can coconut milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup cacao powder
4 pitted dates
1/2 tsp. real salt

Blend together in a blender.
