Homemade Bone Broth

Bone broth is EXTREMELY healthy for you! It has important minerals that your body needs! But be sure not to buy the junk at the store which contains MSG, gluten and other junk! The best way to go is organic homemade! :)

How to make Bone Broth


Take bones, organs, neck and "junk" from your left over cooked organic chicken/turkey and place in a big pot. 
Add water until two inches is covering the bones.
Add vegetables and herbs such as celery, carrots, onions, garlic, basil or whatever you desire, along with about 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (helps draw out the nutrients) and sea salt to taste.
Cover and let it simmer for 12 hours or so.
When it is done simmering turn off and let it cool without lid on.
Pour through a stainer into another pot.
Then pour the strained both into jars and label them.
