Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Apple Cinnamon Muffins

1 cup blanched almond flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 free range eggs
1/3 cup organic grade B maple syrup/honey/agave
1 tsp. ground organic cinnamon
1/2 cup dehydrated organic apple pieces (or fresh)

In large bowl mix together eggs, maple syrup and cinnamon.
Add in flour, salt and baking soda.
Fold in apples.
Pre heat oven to 350.
Pour batter into greased muffin pan and bake for 10 minutes or until done.
