Roast

Tender Beef Roast

1 100% organic GRASS-FED chuck roast
3 tbsp. coconut oil melted
1 tbsp. homemade celery powder (dehydrated celery powdered up in a coffee bean grinder) 
2 tsp. sea salt
2 cups red wine
1 organic apple, chopped
1 organic onion, chopped
2 skins/rind of organic oranges 

Rub salt, celery powder and oil on the roast. 
Preheat oven to 400.
Place roast in a casserole dish and put in oven for 10 minutes.
Pour wine, apples, onion and orange rind in the dish with roast.
Reduce heat to 300, cover dish with foil and cook for 3 hours.
