Lemon Pepper Eggs with Sausage

Lemon Pepper Eggs with Beyond Organic Sausage

4 large free range eggs
1/2 cup raw milk/organic coconut milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 drops lemon essential oil

2 beyond organic hotdogs cut into 3 inch links

Whisk all ingredients together except for the hotdogs.
Scramble eggs until cooked.

Place hotdogs on in a frying pan with either coconut oil or butter. Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
