Grain Free Crackers
3 cups almond meal
2 free range eggs
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. basil or oregano
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Combine all ingredients together.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the dough on the baking sheet.
Place another piece of parchment on top of the dough and roll out until 1/8 inch thick.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Take out and cut with a pizza cutter (once the crackers are cut you might want to put them back in if you like them done a bit more).
