Grain Free Blueberry Muffins
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 free range eggs
1/4 cup agave
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup organic frozen/fresh blueberries
Combine dry ingredients together in a medium bowl
In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir well.
Fold in blueberries.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
These are great! :) definitely added to my candida diet dessert list. Along wth your almond scones ;)
