Maple Spice Muffins

Grain Free Maple Spice Muffins

1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 free range eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup (or if you want honey or agave)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground clove

Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Whisk eggs, coconut oil, syrup, cinnamon, ginger and clove. 
Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and combine well.
Scoop out into muffin pan.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
