Grain Free Quiche

Grain Free Quiche 

Filling
4 free range eggs
1/2 cup plain amasai
sea salt, pepper and nutmeg

Whisk egg and amasai together. 
Pour into crust and top with cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.


Crust
1 cup blanched almond flour/ almond meal
1 free range egg
1 tbsp. coconut oil melted
1 tsp. sea salt

Combine all ingredients together.
Press into a pie pan until it cover it.
Add in filling.
