Banana Nut Muffin

Banana Nut Muffins

1 cup blanched almond flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 large eggs
1/3 cup organic honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 medium banana, mashed
1/4 cup walnuts

Whisk eggs, vanilla and honey together in a large bowl.
Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Fold in mashed banana and nuts.
Preheat oven to 350.
Pour batter into greased muffin pan.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
