Raw Fruit Leather

Raw Mango Fruit Leather

2 medium ripe mangos

Peel and pit mangos.
Place meat in the blender and blend until you've made a puree.
Spread the puree with spatula onto a piece of parchment paper.
Place in dehydrator for 15 hours at 110 degrees.

You can also make strawberry mango, strawberry banana, coconut banana, strawberry kiwi.

  1. Every time I try this, my fruit always sticks to the parchment paper. Is there a specific thickness that makes a difference? Loving your blog!
