Raw Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Raw Mint Chocolate Ice Cream

2 cups organic 100% grass fed raw milk
2 tbsp. raw honey
5 drops liquid stevia
1 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla
1 drop peppermint essential oil
3/4 cup organic dark chocolate chips (at least 70%)

Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips in blender. Blend for 1 minute or until everything is mixed well. Pour in a glass bowl and place in freezer for 3-4 hours. Take out and mix in chocolate chips. Place in the freezer for another hour or so.
