Tomato Basil Omelet
1 small organic tomato (chopped)
1 tsp. organic basil
1 tsp. fresh garlic
1 tsp. sea salt
3 free range eggs
1 tbsp. organic coconut oil/ghee/butter (butter/ghee MUST be organic 100% grass-fed)
In a frying pan place oil to melt on medium heat.
whisk eggs together with basil garlic and salt.
Pour into the pan.
When its almost cooked add tomatoes to the middle of the eggs.
Flip eggs over to form an omelet.
Serve with organic goats cheese or if you are allergic to dairy use really raw cheddar cheese
