Orange Chocolate Chip Scones

Orange Chocolate Chip Scones

2 cups blanched almond flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup dark organic chocolate chips
4 drops orange essential oil
1 free range egg
3 tbsp. agave

In a bowl combine, flour, chocolate chips and baking soda.
In a separate bowl combine agave, egg and essential oil.
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Mix well.
Scoop dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Form dough into a circle 1/2 inch thick.
Cut like pizza, with a pizza cutter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350


Maple Butter Candy

1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup 100% grass-fed butter, soft

Blend together ingredients and dollop into candy molds. Freeze for 2-3 hours.

Serve with Organic Tea
