Grain Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Grain Free Raisin Bread

3 free range eggs
1/3 cup melted ghee/coconut oil/butter 
2 heaping tbsp. organic honey
10 drops liquid stevia (or 1 tsp. stevia powder)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. organic cinnamon
1/2 cup organic raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl whisk eggs, honey, ghee/oil/butter, water and salt together.
Add in vanilla, coconut flour baking powder, raisins and stevia.
Add cinnamon and gently swirl it into the batter.
With spatula pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325.
Take out, let it cool for about an hour and serve with butter or ghee.
