Asian Noodle Stir Fry
2 cups raw kelp noodles (kelp is a sea vegetable which is VERY good for you)
1 organic chicken breast (left over)
1 cup organic peas
1 cup shredded organic carrot
1 cup organic broccoli
1/2 cup coconut aminos (or if you don't have that, braggs works too)
1 tbsp. ground organic ginger
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp. coconut oil
In a large skillet place coconut oil in the pan on medium heat.
Once oil is melted add peas, broccoli and carrots and cover.
In a pot pour about three cups really warm water and turn on stove to very low heat.
Place the noodles in the pot for 5-10 minutes or until tender and translucent.
Add noodles to the pan of veggies and add remaining ingredients.
Cook for 5-10 more minutes.
